Today we created a bar graph to show the most popular lunchbox colours.

Researching Animal Antics!!

Busy, busy, busy! Today we researched some animals new to us and discovered some facts about them.

Comic Strips

Maia hard at work creating recounts of our school cross country using comic strips. We use so many skills as authors when creating comic strips, we surprised ourselves!

What a muddle!

Today during Kikorangi's writing session Miss Bailey read us 'The Three Little Bears'. 

She told it in a way that we've never heard before, it was all muddled up and made no sense at all!

We helped her to order the writing into beginning, middle and end and identified words that could help her to order the ideas more  logically next time. 

We combined similar ideas into paragraphs and discussed what we should see in a good beginning, middle and end.

This morning the Middle and Junior Hubs joined together for Religious Instruction. 

Life Education Trust

This week we welcome Mark and Harold from Life Education Trust along to teach us about social relationships.

Yesterday the Middle Hub discussed the ways we can 'fill our buckets' and the buckets of others.
